Friends & Family Test

The NHS Friends and Family test is a way of us gathering your feedback, to help us continually review and improve our service.  When you have attended an appointment at the Surgery,  if we have your mobile phone number you will receive a really simple text message which asks you what you think of the service we offer.  We would be really grateful if you could take less than a minute of your time to respond to the text message.
