Suggestions and complaints

We would welcome any suggestions you may have to help us improve our service, either speak to one of the staff or leave your suggestion in the box in the waiting room.

Any complaint you make will be treated seriously and we will try to resolve it quickly and amicably. Our procedure for dealing with formal complaints is in a leaflet available from reception.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service or have any comments about it, please let us know.

Patient Services Team (PST)

The Patient Services Team is a confidential service that has been created to help patients, their families and carers with any problems you or they may be having regarding care or treatment from NHS services. They can help with information or support if needed.
