Please telephone the surgery before 10.00 am whenever possible, giving the patients name, address, phone number and a brief description of the problem, this will help the doctor decide on the urgency. If you should become ill later in the day please telephone the surgery as soon as possible. You may be telephoned by the doctor before you are visited.
