Make an Appointment
If you, or your child, needs an appointment you will need to call the surgery between 8:30 and 10:00am Monday to Friday to request a telephone call from a clinician. The receptionist will ask for a brief description of the problem to assist the clinician.
You will then receive a call back from a clinician who will briefly assess you over the telephone. If the clinician feels that you need to be seen you will be allocated a convenient appointment, which may be with a doctor, nurse or other health care professional.
Contraception and Sexual Health Drop-in
You do not need an appointment for: advice about different contraceptive options, coil check, coil removal, condoms, depo injections, pill check , sexual health advice, smears, swabs.
Just attend the surgery between 4.00pm and 6.30pm on Wednesdays.
Online Appointment Booking
You can also book a telephone assessment online using your patient access account.
If you are not currently registered and are interested please leave your name at reception and you will be sent out details in the post of how to register for the online booking service.
Evening And Weekend Appointments
Evening and weekend appointments are available to patients of the practice. These can be booked after a telephone consultation with a clinician. To find out more please ask at reception or visit Primary Care Sheffield's website.
