Prescriptions can be requested in a number of ways but the most reliable and accurate way is for the request to be made in a written format.

We need 2 working days for repeat prescriptions. Requests can be made by:

• Completing the computer slip by posting or delivering to the surgery. A box is available in the lobby for this purpose
   
• Calling in at reception
   
• Via the internet at:
  www.sheffieldprescriptions.nhs.uk
   
• Telephone 0114 276 3754 between 12 noon and 2.00 pm Monday, Tuesday & Friday and 11.00 am to 12 noon Wednesday & Thursday.
